The Outing Centre

Required Trip Forms

All participants must complete all corresponding forms and all participants must provide proof of insurance in order to participate in the Outing Centre trips.  Two other forms (responsibility for equipment and no drug/alcohol agreement) are to be completed at the Outing Centre.
